Jowl bacon comes from the cheek of the pig. Like traditional belly bacon, our jowl bacon is smoked and naturally cured. It is similar in taste, but often times has more fat than it's counterpart. This means it cooks nice and crispy, and is perfect for BLTs or diced as a topping for salads, soups, or baked potatoes.
